Collecting and Processing cash payments using manual and/or computerized accountancy processes.

Responsibilities
Handling Supplier’s accounts,
– Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipts of invoices to payment: including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the system.
– Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
– Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
– Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
– Coding the fixed assets.
– Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
– Follow up with the suppliers and help them to facilitate their payments and solve their problems.
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Develop financial reports,
– Responsible for developing edging report, AP turnover, CAPEX, temporary and permanent petty cash.
– Responsible for developing withholding tax report every 3 months.
– Managing the Leasing File for all our stores

Qualifications
• B.Sc. degree in Accounting or equivalent with 4-6 year’s experience in AP Accounting.
• Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Very Good in English “Spoken and Written”.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
