WE ARE RECRUITING
· Production Engineer:
– Responsible for achieving the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined quality and safety standard.
– Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis).
– Directs production process per line and prepares production schedules.
– Coordinates with maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules.
– Monitoring waste rates and production scrap analyzing root causes.
Essential Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering.
· Minimum of 2 years recent experience in similar role (preferred in the same Industry).
· Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
· Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation areas.
· Proficiency in English.

#Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience.
– Constructions Items (Architecture + Civil).
Responsibilities:
– Review the tender documents (including Instruction to Tender (ITT)) to analyze the prequalification requirements.
– Coordinate with the Procurement department to get feedback about subcontractors’ prices (whenever needed), and analyze, revise, and provide guidance to tender engineers on, the breakdown of, and comparisons between, price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
– Follow up with Quantity Survey Engineers, and provide them with the necessary guidance- whenever needed- on the tools to be used.
Keep track of projects’ statuses, create a checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the team leader.
– Perform full partial/ project breakdown by himself according to the task assigned to him by the team leader.
– Make sure that the final direct cost complies with project documents or list deviations if any.
– Assist in handing over the project-related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
– Prepare/ revise the comparison sheet of related subcontractors/suppliers’ offers.
