1- Quality Control Manager (Job Code: QCM)
Major Responsibilities:
Oversee all Quality Control technical activities.
Ensure continuous compliance of all QC systems and procedures to regulatory requirements and latest local and latest GMPs/GLPs
Manage the implementation of systems in a complaint environment.
Ensure that all variations are managed and closed properly.
Continuous improvement in QC efficiency.
Build, maintain and develop a qualified QC team.
2- Stability First Line Manager (Job Code: STB-M):
Major Responsibilities:
Setting stability plan, stability protocols and SOP.
Following up analysis of stability samples.
Follow up product stability during shelf life and after expiration date.
Follow up any deviation or variation rather than the registered one.
Interpretation of stability results.
Control of nonconforming testing.
Corrective and Preventive actions follow up and follow up the continual improvement
Testing method and validation review.
On job training for stability department staff.
Identification of deviation from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities.
3- Documentation First Line Manager (Job Code: DOC-M)
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for documents control, issuance, distribution, and withdrawal of the obsolete and invalid versions e.g.: approved procedures, specifications, methods of analysis, protocols and plans & ……etc from all departments.
Responsible for daily issuance, stamping ad revision of the required BPR and BMR for production.
Responsible for Filling and archiving system of all the documents
Responsible for review batch records received from the production department.
Review, check new SOPs and other documents and any document change.
Review dispensing orders and production batches to assure compliance with BOMs before delivery of production batch records.
Train the documentation team to assure competence and compliance with the quality policy.
Make all arrangements for hosting the MOH inspectors to provide samples and documentation needs of finished products and active raw materials on weekly basis.
