Work Site: Plant/6th of October

Description

. Establish work schedules for the investigation unit and prioritize activities to meet company requirements.
. Supervise & guide the investigation senior/specialist according to the work needs.
. Ensure Investigations are conducted and adequately resolved in a timely manner, with appropriate CAPAs in place to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
. Ensure compliance with cGMP standards at all times.
. Handling all the quality agreements received from the toll companies.
. Issue trend of investigation to start corrective process improvement.
. Issue investigation tracker for all deviation received from compliance department.
. Issue quality agreement tracker for all archived agreements.
. Works closely with the operations team to ensure that the quality management system and quality plan supports current quality management strategy themes, corporate objectives and industry requirements.

Qualifications

1- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy,science; advanced degree preferred.
2- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
3- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality assurance practices.
4- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
6- Familiarity with oracle software and ERP systems
