Elixir Pharma is seeking to hire Toll MFG specialist.
To ensure that manufacturing processes at other manufacturing sites is done in accordance to the EDA quality aspects in order to assure products quality and efficiency.
Job Description:
Ensuring that manufacturing processes at other manufacturing sites is done in accordance to the EDA quality aspects in order to assure products quality and efficiency.
• Responsible for the production plan for multiple products in order to achieve annual production plan.
• Ensure that all packaging materials are ready & on site before the production.
• Follow up the production to ensure that the needed quantities have been produced.
• Coordinate between Production & Warehouse department.
• Coordination between company and manufacturing sites
• Planning for production campaigns.
• Delivery of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing sites.
• Planning and executing pilot batches production in manufacturing sites.
• Planning and executing commercial batches production in manufacturing sites Coordination of samples withdrawal from manufacturing sites.
• Coordination of contracts issuing with manufacturing sites.
• Responsible for the process of receiving POs on ODDO system.
• Maintains inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Follows-up on the warehouses inventory levels and monitor all raw and packing.
• Works closely with local / foreign purchasing to ensure having the materials on time.
• Measures Monthly stock level for raw & packing materials.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of pharmaceutical science/Science.
• 1 to 3 years of experience preferable Pharmaceutical industry.
• Good in Spoken and Written English and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Computer skills Microsoft office operating systems Oracle – ERP.
