Title: Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist

Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality assurance compliance specialist at Acdima international trading in 6th of October. the specialist will be responsible for:

-Management system for documents

-Handling of training management system to ensure its effective implementation.

-Handling of deviations received from different departments, investigation & root cause analysis

-CAPA system implementation: make sure all approved caps are tracked, communicated to all parties involved, and keep up on the implementation & efficacy of CAPA plans

-Implement change control system, evaluation of changes & checking appropriate timeline implementation

-Managing customer complaints and recalls

-Implementation of quality risk management plan in production areas, warehouses & quality control, ensure that all potential and existing quality risks are tracked.

-Guarantee adherence to GMP & pharmaceutical guidelines, ISO standards, quality management system, and data integrity principles.

-Handling of vendor / supplier evaluation system including raw/ packaging materials suppliers, toll manufacturers, and other service providers.

-Participate in handling external audits from different local and external regulatory bodies

-Handling of internal audit program, plan issuance and execution, follow up of CAPA implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science/ pharmacy Both genders are welcome
1-2 years of proven work experience as a compliance specialist in similar role.
October of Giza Resident preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in basic software (Microsoft office) Good English language
