Title: Senior Quality Control Analyst
Duties:
Analyze Raw materials, in-process production, finished products and stability samples according to relevant specifications
Document analysis results by completing reports and logs; input data into quality database.
Perform analytical method validation and analytical method transfer for products.
Calibrate and operate different instruments used in analysis according to relevant SOPs and call agents for repairs in case of damage.
Communicate purchasing needs of chemical reagents and laboratory supplies.
Maintain safe work environment by following relevant SOPs.
Follow cGMP and GLP rules according to relevant SOPs.
Perform any additional tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
From 3-6 years of experience in HPLC.
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
A higher degree in drug analysis is preferable.
Training courses of chemical analysis techniques, operation of analytical instruments and any additional quality certificates are preferable.
ERP application.
GMP, ISO 9001.
Awareness of different HPLC techniques.
Awareness of stability guidelines.
