We’re Hiring: Production Section Head!
◼️ As part of Elixir Pharma / Pharmed Healthcare’s growth strategy, we are looking to hire an experienced Production Section Head.
◼️ Scope of work:
-Monitor cGMP compliance during manufacturing and packaging.
-Ensure drug products are made according to Batch records. – Investigate production incidents/deviations.
-Revise yield calculations and reconciliation during manufacturing. – Oversee adherence to cleaning and operating instructions for equipment.
-Jointly check deviations with Quality Assurance. – Train personnel and evaluate training effectiveness.
-Comply with technical audit requirements.
-Initiate changes through CRN.
-Coordinate with warehouse and quality control for material availability and release.
-Collaborate with QA, engineering, and external agencies for maintenance and calibration.
-Ensure proper machine coding and accessory compliance.
◼️ Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or science
– +6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years at a Managerial level.
-Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-High problem-solving and attention to detail.
