*𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭*
– Minimum 1:2 years of Clinical pharmacy Hospital Experience is a MUST
– Post Graduate study is a must (Board, PharmD, or Fellowship).
*𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭*
– Minimum 1 year as Inpatient Pharmacist Hospital Experience.
*𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭*
– Minimum 1 year as Outpatient Pharmacist Hospital Experience.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
* Full Time – 17 Shifts / 12 Hours
