📝 Role Summary: We are looking for a talented R&D Specialist / Senior Specialist to support formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products at lab/pilot scale, and to contribute to successful scale-up and technology transfer to production.

✅ Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Pharmacy.

• Experience: 0–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D (Fresh graduates and experienced profiles are welcome).

• Skills: Strong documentation skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and sharp attention to detail.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute formulation trials and support optimization activities.

• Perform analytical method development and trials analysis.

• Support prototype/batch preparation, in-process checks, and accurate data recording.

• Prepare and review development documentation (protocols, reports, batch records).

• Define testing plans, interpret results, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Support scale-up and tech transfer activities, including production trials and continuous process improvement.
