QC Packaging Analyst (2 Positions)

 

🎯 Role Overview

The QC Packaging Analyst will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and approving packaging materials to ensure compliance with company specifications, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements. The role plays a key part in maintaining packaging quality and supporting smooth production operations.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities

Perform sampling, inspection, and testing of packaging materials according to approved specifications

Conduct visual and dimensional checks for printed and non-printed packaging components

Verify packaging artwork, coding, and labeling compliance

Prepare and review analytical records and test results accurately

Ensure proper documentation in line with GMP and data integrity requirements

Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and QA regarding material release status

Investigate out-of-specification or non-conforming packaging materials

Maintain laboratory equipment and work area in good condition

 

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or relevant field

0–2 years of experience in Quality Control or packaging materials testing in pharmaceutical industry

Good knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and documentation practices

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
