Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager At Danone
As a Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will be managing all Co-Man activities included Q&FS activities related to quality Assurance, food safety and material quality to maintain complete supervision of Danone processes at Co-Man level for both divisions Essential Dairy Products and Early Life Nutrition.
About the job
Ensure that Danone control plan for ELN&EDP products is applied properly.
Ensure that the team is aligned and performing all required analysis and quality checks as per Danone standards.
Support Research & Innovation and Production team in new products launch and process modifications.
Involved in solving consumer complaints.
Inspecting, laboratory equipment and ensure that it is always calibrated.
Share and support in identifying causes of products non-conformities.
Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with the direct manager.
Review analysis records and ensure its compliance to the targets.
Conduct audits for Co-man based on Danone standards for pre-qualification and qualifications of proposed Co-Mans
Manage action plan for co-man developed based on the gap analysis that is done regularly.
Monitor performance of Food safety & Quality systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead validation and verification activities for new projects, machines and processes in plant, following DANONE, regulatory and FSMS requirements
Supervises & Manage the process of FG releasing and to be the only person allowed to do this release based on the defined releasing criteria.
Monitor all food safety requirement as per Danone STD. (audit action plan, GHP/GMP, pest control management, records and SOPs).
To be a member of the Audit team that conducts the FSI audit.
Manage all raw material receiving and inspection as well as all raw material sampling and internal analysis.
Ensure that The ABC for FG is Done and create action plans to improve results if needed.
Supervises and manages the milk supply quality.
Communicate regularly with all technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure consistent implementation of the program in a safe.
To deliver the API requirements to the CO-Man team and ensure its implementation.
Implementation the I care culture of quality.
Manage factory non-conformities, participate in risk analysis and follow the action plan (identification, blocking and notification, investigation, preventive and corrective actions, decision, continuous

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in science
From 4 to 6 years of experience in the Food Safety/ Quality field
