Senior Research & Development Specialist At MaxAB

 

Job Summary:

As a Senior R&D Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and the management of the successful launch of existing product and new product development, ensuring they are technically sound and fully documented.

Responsibilities:

Improve and develop products’ aspects and properties
Handle new products’ idea from generation till production
Create specifications for raw materials and finished products in order to be followed throughout the pipeline process to ensure the quality of the end products
Conduct product shelf-life evaluation and recommendations to meet the quality parameters of products
Ensure all labeling criteria meets the legal requirements for nutritional and ingredient declaration for finished products
Write accurate product specs/nutritional guidelines
Manage challenges presented with new products in the factory, problem solving and providing hands on support in order to deliver a high quality product in coordination with Quality Control

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in a relevant major.
3-4 years of experience in R&D.
Food manufacturing experience is a must.
Knowledge of Food production processes.
