Job Description
Ensures the assigned region Budgets & Targets are met (Internal transportation Cost budget, 3rd Party transportation cost)
Drive own team (Indirect Sales Transportation Planners) in every Distribution Center (DC) to deliver targets
Review team in each Distribution Center and their own truck productivity report (daily, weekly) and ensuring the maximum truck productivity and share solutions to increase the maximum truck capacity
Strongly monitor team performance to adhering to agreed cut off times of orders receiving/delivering, and ensure team are managing Drivers/Trucks departure/arrival times from/to DC/Market
Help resolve any problem related to all DC operations and employees
Occasionally perform market visits to check and maintain subordinates performance and relations with customers.

Job Requirements
6 working days/week
Requires relocation or to be based in Governorates
Minimum 0 to 3 Years of experience (preferably in sales, yard)
Strong communication /Problem solving skills
Computer literacy
Ms.Office (Excel)
