Job Description
Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for Healthcare providers.
Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring and professional development classes related to the Continuous Medical Education)
Marketing available training opportunities to healthcare providers and providing necessary information.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
MS Office proficiency.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Strong communication skills.
Job Requirements
Medical background Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in ( Pharmacy or Science ).
Preferably Post graduate Degree (TQMH ,CPHQ or any other training experience related to project Management).
Have Experience in the preparation of Conferences and events , awareness campaigns preferably medical.
