Quality Control Officer At Dabur Egypt
Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Al-Sharqia Governorate, Egypt
As a Quality Control Officer, “Microbiologist” you will be responsible for:
Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, process water, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products.
Periodically validate and continuously improve microbiological testing methods and procedures
Maintain Cultures & Reagents necessary for ensuring accuracy & reliability.
Investigate and resolve any microbiological non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitor environmental conditions and cleanliness of production and testing areas and ensure necessary follow-up to keep them under control.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
2 – 3 hands-on-experience experience as a Microbiologist in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
Proficient in performing a wide range of microbiological tests, including microbial enumeration, pathogen detection, antimicrobial efficacy testing, and environmental monitoring
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
