Description & Requirements
- The scope of the Integrated Quality and EHS Management System Update Project will encompass the following areas
Integration of QMS and EHS
- Identify common elements and requirements between the QMS and EHS management systems.
- Develop a cohesive framework that aligns and integrates QMS and EHS processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Implement mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration and communication between quality and EHS teams.
- Enhance data sharing and information management to support integrated decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Update the Procedures based on the risk level in QMS & EHSMS with implmentation on shopfloor & trainingof stakholders.
Documentation and Training
- Update and standardize documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Develop a comprehensive training plan to educate employees on the integrated system and their roles and responsibilities.
- Implement a communication strategy to ensure effective dissemination of information and ongoing engagement.
