Analytical Technical Services Analyst At GSK Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
Describe the key deliverables, specific duties, any specialist duties and the ongoing responsibilities of the role.
Validate analytical methods according to approved validation protocols to ensure the quality of products and materials are in compliance with GSK standards, local requirements and GMP.
Development, Validation and Transfer of Analytical Methods for Cleaning Verification.
Analytical Method Knowledge Transfer, supporting the technical team in launching of new products by fulfilling all GSK requirements relevant to the method of analysis.
Perform in-vitro studies according to EDA requirements.
Calibrate analytical lab equipments and instruments according to approved SOPs e.g. HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, IR and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, balances and other analytical instruments.
Submit protocols/calibration results with raw data to his/her section head for checking.
Prepare and update SOP’s of different analytical functions.
Perform Technical Investigation for any raised OOS related to the method of analysis or equipment breakdowns.
Participate in self inspection activities and support in lab maintenance activities.
Ensure that EHS requirements are fulfilled during work. Implement and maintain GMP and GLP requirements relevant to his/her job.
Support GPS implementation in managing different activities relevant to the role.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Minimum 3-4 years practical experience in related jobs
