Job Purpose:
Providing premium service to El Gouna clients by answering and handling their calls promptly and professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and a timely manner, introducing oneself as the point of contact.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, fulfil requests through assigning each request to the designated Customer Service Executive.
Answer clients’ calls while adhering to the department and company policies and procedures.
Keep records of all incoming calls, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Stay up to date with the latest company happenings, projects and events.
Complete call logs, reports and other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or similar.
0-3 years of experience in similar position.
Excellent communications skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure.
Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel).
