Clinical pharmacist is required for reputable hospital in the fifth settlement “Nasaaem Hospital”
Requirements:
One year experience is a must
Post graduate study is an advantage
Full time only available
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide and develop a Clinical Pharmacy service to a variety of Medical and Surgical Specialties.
• Adhere to the Clinical Pharmacy Services Standards.
• Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
• Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects
• To ensure patients are given appropriate counseling and information.
• To participate in education of nursing and medical staff in relation to new medications.
