Commercial Quality Specialist At Johnson & Johnson
The position is designed to support the local operating company (LOC) activities performed in execution of the Quality Management System elements applicable to commercialization, warehousing, distribution, and post-market monitoring of products in the assigned segment/franchise/channel.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Support the compliant and consistent execution of quality system procedures (non-conformance, corrective and preventive action, change control, internal and external audits, metrics generation and reporting, management reviews, field actions, stop shipments) and related tools at the local operating company through data generation, records coordination, and administrative support
Support the maintenance of quality metrics health of the LOC through monitoring of records, timely completion of assigned records (if any), timely completion of training assignments amongst others
Support new product introduction and promotional activities by coordinating the quality activities with the project teams on related subjects such product release, purchasing controls, and artwork amongst others
Support the overall complaints vigilance system by ensuring compliance to worldwide complaints vigilance procedures especially on receiving, reporting to source, monitoring, tracking status and closure of the complaint record
Perform other tasks that maybe required to comply with internal quality procedures and external health authority requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Industrial Pharmacy, or equivalent Science and Engineering major
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Good communication and presentation skills, good command of written and spoken English
Highly analytical and organized
Able to anticipate implications and develop plans accordingly.
