Description & Requirements

Project Scope

• Develops and administers the preventive maintenance (PM) program to ensure that it is being performed in an efficient and effective manner.
• Administers the computer-based maintenance management system (CMMS) and coordinates the development of work packages and maintenance procedures.
• Analyzes and review work requests; tracks work orders to completion and archiving; and supports the preparation of maintenance related reports.
• Participates the development of people standards and provides input for people utilization and priority decisions. Project Plan
• Review and match Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance plan with Criticality ” A ” asset list to identify gaps.
• Follow Daily and Weekly routines to review opening and closing of Preventive Maintenance work orders on CMMS.
• Establish Weekly routines to review work backlog and report completion status of weekly Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance plan with Factory Team.
• Establish Monthly routine to review and report utilization of maintenance workforce.
• Establish Weekly routine to review MRO Stock-out items and meet material MRP requirements.
• Establish a Monthly routine to review and report Inventory Management KPIs to increase availability of spare parts and monitor MRO Inventory value.
• Update Preventive Maintenance plan on Quarterly basis based on Machine’s MTBF,performance, and PM completion notes.
