Mash Premiere pharmaceutical industry located at 5th settlement (New Cairo) is looking for an “Export coordinator”

Export coordinator requires a great deal of attention to detail, he will be responsible for managing the flow of goods between countries, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is completed properly before any product leaves the country.

Job Description:
•     Coordinate the international shipment of goods.
•     Negotiate with a variety of external / international shippers to get best shipping offer.
•     Assist in creating invoices.
•     Organize and send samples to foreign agents.
•     Inspect and Assure conformity of products before manufacturing and shipping.
•     Assist with B2Bs/ Conferences/ Trade Exhibitions.
•     Perform training on products on site or remotely to our various agents.
•     Maintain connections with all departments within the company.
•     Assist in creating the registration files for products.
•     Keep updated to the marketing procedures and training manuals with the various product managers.
•     Keep updated with the social media for the various country agents.

Job Requirements:
•     Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacy, science or a related field.
•     Proficient in MS Office
•     Experience: 1 -2 year
•     Fluent in English is a MUST
