Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing safety and compliance support for logistics, fleet, and sales teams.
Frameworks, Boundaries & Decision-Making Authority:
Function within the framework of Coca Cola HBC Egypt Supply Chain/Logistics boundaries and abide by the Organization Policies and governance framework.
Primary Accountabilities:
Ensure that Coca Cola HBC’s safety programs implemented across all vehicles and PITs in the relevant region.
Work with fleet team on equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
Ensure all company safety documentation as required.
Coordinate and conduct periodic safety meetings with drivers of fleet to communicate the overall importance of driver’s safety.
Work closely with facility staff as needed to ensure all facilities are in good standing and safe operating condition.
Review yard processes, hazard identification and implement safety measures in the workplace.
Monitor effectiveness of HSE measures and make recommendations for continual improvements.
Trigger and correct unsafe behaviors of yard workers and PIT drivers and promote safety culture.
Escalates non-compliance to Regional Fleet & Logistics Manager.
Assist in investigations and reporting of incidents, toolbox meetings and safety orientation of new workers.

Education, Experience and Skills:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business orany relevant discipline.
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in similar field
• At least HSE specialist certification
• Certification in OSHA construction is preferrable
• Good observation and auditing skills
