Food Safety Specialist At Dar Al-Fouad Hospital

Dar Al Fouad Hospital – Nasr City is hiring ( Food Safety Specialist )

Responsibilities:

•Monitor the temperatures of fridges to ensure the safety of food.

•Review the food received from suppliers and ensure its compliance with quality standards.

•Responsible for periodic laboratory tests for the department’s employees (urine, etc…).

•Follow up daily on employees’ hygiene and HACCP.

•Monitor and coordinates maintenance of kitchen equipment with the engineering & maintenance department.

•Up-dates specifications as necessary and ensures that valid changes are effectively communicated to the team.

•Participate and implementation of food safety and quality policies and procedures.

•Executes requirements defined by food safety and quality procedures and documents the results.

•Receive Raw Materials

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary

•From 1 to 3 of experience

•HSCCP

•ISO 22000
