HR Administrator At Tatweer Misr
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Responsible for all internal communication.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Assist in the orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Support other assigned functions.
Prepare all HR letters.
Internship Tracking & contacts updates.
Responsible for summer & winter internship rounds.
Preparing certificates for internship.
Scheduling HR interviews & making sure all forms are ready.
Leaver forms & Exit interview analysis.
Making sure all employee files are always according to the set standards.
Support with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR and/ or administrative role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on experience working with MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity dealing with confidential information.
