About the job:

You have a strong background in HR and you have ambitions to work in an International environment where you are surrounded with strong IT professionals?

Technical profile/Your duties:

Posting job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
Conduct phone screens and gathers information regarding education, experience, training, job skills and salary requirements.
Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
Preparing and posting job advertisements online and in print media.
Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
Follow up on clients visits whether existing or potential clients, through answering their inquiries and needs regarding accommodation, transportation and other matters that must be dealt with.
Help in other HR functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
1-2 years of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
You used to work in an international environment.
Eager to learn through different resources including self-education.
You see challenges and not problems and you attack them with creativity, initiative and determination.
Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.
You are out-going with a strong personal drive, you enjoy working independently and motivated by the close collaboration with the management team.
You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.
Good management skills and cooperative personality.
Very good communication skills.
Creative approach of problem solving.
Strategical use of Human resource management
Excellent business writing skills.
Possess a very good MS Office skills (Excel – Power Point & Word).
