Role Purpose:
Transform regional and local work instructions, process maps and other process related documents to one standard and create a process knowledge base
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze incoming process documents from different countries
Sum up, combine information from different documents and build clear and straightforward instructions
Define variations of the same process and propose solutions for standardization
Create new process maps or operating procedures if necessary
Support Operational Improvement and Continuous Improvement projects
Job Requirements :
University bachelor’s degree
Previous working experience in same/related scope
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills
Strong Analytical skills and Attention to details
Strong stakeholder management in a multicultural environment
Strong communication skills
High Learning agility and proactivity
Ability to work with big volume of various data and processes
