Job Description
Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
Handling employees’ files preparation and check the receiving of required hiring documents
Supporting the new employee orientation process; Ensures that all required new employee forms are properly prepared and signed; creates new employee personnel files.
Creates and update employees profiles on the HRIS
Handling all related tasks to social Insurance with forms number 1, 2 & 6.
Job Requirements
In depth knowledge in Egyptian labour law is a must
Bachelor degree of any discipline.
1-2 years of experience(Mainly in Personnel).
Very Good command of English.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Excellent Computer Skills mainly MS office programs.
Males are preferable.
