Job summary
As a Junior ELN Business Controller, you will be responsible to keep EGYBYA ELN business under control (reliable actuals & forecast) by: establishing strongly link with other functions with (Supply chain, Sales, Medical & Marketing) Building efficient way of working, processes & tools, supporting business development ambition (Strategic support, Business cases, etc.. ) and ensuring relevant business reporting, both internally & externally ( Essbase, Magnitude etc… )
About the job
As a Junior Business Controller, you will be doing the following activities:
Topline controlling:
Close monitoring and control over Trade Support budget with ROI studies and ensuring smart spending
Approving and recording Debit Notes
Tracking and recording invoices, and relevant forex compensation
Develop all innovations financial studies with benchmarking and target setting
Support with ad-hoc reports for different business partners, for different projects
COGS controlling
Challenge sourcing allocation & related cogs impact
Monitoring PPV and other material costs
Supply Chain controlling
Marketing
A&P budgets management (actuals & forecasts)
Implement efficient administrative workflow
Ensure investments follow strategy & company focus
SF & OH
FTE & Cost forecast & variance analysis, in co-ordination with FC controller
Closing & Reporting
Upkeep of Budget files
Carry out monthly closing for all lines
Report on Essbase as per global schedules
Job Requirements :
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
Education: Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance or Economics
Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
Experience: 0 to 2 year of Experience in finance.
Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
