Job Description
Assure all chemical tests on raw materials and in-process samples until final product, as per defined control plan.
- Apply raw milk and raw materials analysis.
- Apply semi, finished product chemical analysis.
- Analyze for prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- Analyze for finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk.
- Conduct environmental analysis.
- Apply safety Practices in workplace.
- Apply data analysis and report results to lab supervisor/ lead.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of science or agriculture science (Dairy technology).
- Experience (0-3 years of experience) in Chemical laboratory.
