Maintenance and Projects Engineer At Viatris Egypt
Job responsibilities:
Capability to manage different engineering tasks with external vendors such that fire system, HVAC, calibration and building maintenance tasks
Hands on experience in project management of capital projects such that transformers, serialization project
Demonstrated track record of increasing professional responsibilities
Strong organization, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Prioritizing multiple commitments and technical problem-solving ability.
Ability to shift priorities according to changes in department/facility needs and be open to different ideas/approaches.
Demonstrate knowledge in GMP, environmental, health and safety procedures to assure regulatory, policies and/or guidelines compliance
Observe and notify any risk situation for the environment, health or safety.
Assure that all energy conservation initiatives comply with all regulatory agency requirements.
Lead and mentoring for area owners and floor level associates on Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S.
Be the SME in all systems under his/her responsibility.
Job qualifications
1-2 years of experience in projects and maintenance.
Knowledge of GMP and environmental regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience on supervising contractors including but not limited to building maintenance, Utilities, and calibration.
