Manufacturing Engineer At Nissan Egypt
Job Purpose
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible to lead and supervise a team of operators leaded by line supervisor to ensure that shop processes are efficient and effective to achieve production volume, meeting quality level in terms of QCTM in accordance with health & safety standards.
Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Take immediate actions and countermeasures in case of concerns of hourly production to ensure that the volume and quality of output are maintained.
Conduct a weekly audit for a shop SSV to ensure the shop management level.
Review standard operation sheet (SOS) to ensure it is according to that standard documents (GOS & common operation sheet).
Qualify the shop to meet the requirements of plant health check.
Resolve any technical issues raised in the production line in cooperation with other related departments.
Monitor all shop operations and working conditions to ensure of a safe, healthy & clean working environment for all operators.
Supervise operators training plan and their skills matrix to ensure that they work efficiently and safely in accordance with APW standards.
Prepare and develop annual shop improvement action plan.
Maintain and improve of ISO 9001 & 14001, Internal Audits and provides support to External Auditor(s) in Renewal/Surveillance of certificate.
Respond to market concerns related to the shop, and take counter measures to avoid reoccurring/outflowing to market.
Qualifications & relevant experience
Bachelor of Engineering in Relevant manufacturing / engineering degree (Automotive is a plus)
1-2 years of experience in production / manufacturing process
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
