About the job
We are searching for a qualified, and reliable Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 2 to 3 years
of experience in maintenance specially at FMCGs’ machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Identify capital projects to improve production efficiencies, reduce material loss, improve quality, safety, housekeeping, GMP and other related KPIs.
- Attend the DRM “daily review meeting” on the production lines and follow up all the problems sent with the production department.
- Providing leadership and direction to ensure colleagues are kept safe, engaged, focused, developed, and delivering their potential.
- Responsible to maintain the PM / AM database and works Responsible to maintain the PM /AM System.
- Responsible to maintain the BDA “Breakdown analysis system.”
- Issuing Monthly Spares Cost report.
- Juhayna Mechanical team scheduling.
- Developing a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Reviews the total operating hours counter per machine in the beginning of each month with the department head to set the periodic maintenance plan.
- Trains the concerned team technically to increase their productivity level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in mechanical Maintenance Engineer at least 1 year in FMCGs factories.
- Strong problem solving, technical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
