Methodology Specialist At Gypto Pharma

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Methodology Specialist to join our team in the Pharmaceutical industry. As a Methodology Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating analytical test methods and techniques to advance pharmaceutical research and development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and optimize analytical test methods and procedures to support pharmaceutical research, process development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to identify challenges and opportunities for methodological improvements.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for new drug substances and products that meet regulatory requirements.
• Review, evaluate and validate the suitability of analytical methods and equipment for use with new formulations or products.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to lab personnel on new and updated analytical methodologies.
• Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and other industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in analytical methods and techniques, staying informed of emerging trends and best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science.
• 2+ years of experience in development and implementation of analytical methods and process improvements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines, regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical testing.
• Evidenced experience in analytical method development and validation, specifically, HPLC, GC, dissolution and spectroscopy.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment with individuals at all levels of the company.
