Microbiology Analyst At Rameda Pharmaceuticals Company
Job Description:
To withdraw & analyze Raw Materials or Bulk or Intermediate Product (Microbiological testing) according to company procedures and learning how to use some reference books (USP, EP, BP, ect…)
To perform the Sterility testing for all sterile products.
To perform the Sterility testing for all sterile packaging material.
To analyze the Registration samples of new products and pre-market stability
To analyze the Cleaning Validation samples.
Perform Bulk and Finished Products Validation testing.
To withdraw and analyze samples for the purified water and water for Injection of water systems.
To prepare and record the environmental viable monitoring results of production sterile areas (validation & routine).
To perform the Validation testing of equipment of Sterile areas
To perform the Routine & Validation of viable environmental monitoring in sterile area .
Evaluation of results and reports affect releasing the Raw Material and finished product to production. .
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time by his supervisor.
Follow requirement of relevant c GMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
Job Requirements:
BSC in pharmacy or science
at least 1 year experience Good communications skills.
High accuracy level to guarantee the reliability of results.
Fluent in English language (reading, speaking and writing).
