What you need to know about this position:
Candidate will have the opportunity to learn how Quality Management is integrated with the Lean Six Sigma methodologies within manufacturing plants.
Candidate will study how statistical process controls (SPC) are embedded into Quality Management to produce products with zero defects
Candidate will lead a project to review all Quality Management Pillar steps starting from ensuring Voice of Consumer is part of the specifications, implemented on the production lines, and used to drive a consumer-centric mindset within the plant.
Review Quality Management Pillar steps 1 – 4 within each manufacturing line through core team engagement & transferring QM Pillar knowledge
Update QM Matrix for production lines
Roll out “Manufacturing Standards” elements across production lines
Launch SPC tool “infinity Quality System” and trainings
Education / Certifications:
– Current study in similar field
Work schedule:
– Candidate will be required to go 3 days on site and 2 days virtual
