-Perform IP Transit, virtual private network and global data service Customers Configuration (Network and Customer side).
-Send technicians to Exchanges for Leased Line and CPE Installation.
-Carry out laid procedures and tests on circuits/systems/equipment, accurately following the specification supplied to ensure well-functioning/efficiency
-Provide level 2 Support for Enterprise Customers in case Technical call Center required any assistance (especially for customized solution).
-Visit MDIA and virtual private network customers if required for installation.
Requirements:

-From 1 to 2 year of relevant work experience in network field & service provider environment and system integrator.

IT Network Engineer
WE-Data is currently hiring IT Network Engineer
Key responsibilities:
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and services issues
• Maintain internal network structure of a Data Center by managing switches & routers and keeping them running.
• Install, configure, and maintain Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi.
• Troubleshoot network systems to identify and fix performance issues
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of network administration and firmware integration
• Monitor the environmental conditions of a Data Center to ensure they are optimum for switches, routers, and other devices
• Perform system repairs and update software/operating systems
• Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents in a Data Center.
• Handle Day-to-Day operation mails, and Tickets.
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of work experience in a similar field. LAN/WAN/ Wireless Technologies.
• Routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.
• Switching. (STP – VRRP – HSRP – VSS).
• Cisco, Juniper, Aruba technologies.
• Reverse engineering and troubleshooting.
• Network scripting/automation (e.g., Python). Is a plus.
• Data Centre Technologies (VCF – Fabric Path – ACI – NSX – VPC). Is a plus.
Education & certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any of computer science, computer systems engineering, electronic engineering, and other related disciplines.
• Cisco CCNA is a must.
