🔍 Key Responsibilities:
1- Responsibility and accountability for the development,
reporting implementation and monitoring of SFE project
(as CRM, PERFORMANCE MATRIX) to achieve key business objectives.
2- Engage the concerned stakeholders including Business Unit Managers (BUM), Line Managers (LM), District Managers (DM), Marketing Department & Sales Managers to implement a SFE program to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy.
3- Create some sort of orientation and clear understanding of SFE concept in the company.
4- Develop tailored reports to monitor performance data and
track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement by the end
user.
5- Monitor data analysis (CRM) in order to create recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales team
6- Build appropriate metrics and KPI’s.

✅ Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree Of Science / Vet / Pharmacy
· minimum of 4 years’ experience in an SFE position ( Analyst – Assignee )
· experience in the Pharmaceutical industry ( MEDICAL SALES) is a must
