OPD Coordinator
Job requirement
●Previous hospital experience is preferred but fresh fresh graduate able to apply
● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
●Communication & Presentation skills
●Time Management.
●Problems Analysis and solving
Job Description
●Coordination of everything related to clinics (operations / laboratories / radiology)
●Daily follow-up of the numbers (what has been achieved from the target so far / the target to be achieved today / the number of confirmed cases booked by companies and the percentage of target expected to be achieved from those numbers
● Receiving patients’ calls, informing them of all the details and answering all their inquiries except for the medical one
• Coordination with the concerned nursing staff in the clinic with the number of confirmed cases, booked with the doctor according to the specialization, and follow-up nursing in terms of his presence in the clinic with the doctor and immediate reporting of cases
• Follow-up of the patient until entering the operation and knowing the confirmed date for the operation.
• Achieving the required monthly target (operations / laboratories / x-rays)
• Follow up the dates of the operations that have been coordinated and when they will be performed, and make sure that they have been performed and send a report on that
• A monthly report on the operations that were received, what were performed from them, and what was not done with the reason
Communicate with the rest of the departments professionally to speed up the completion of the patient’s requirements
