#NAS Hospital is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced Research Quality Specialist to support auditing activities for clinical studies and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create Policy for auditing studies within the hospital and develop checklists.

* Conduct routine and focused audits of clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

* Maintain and manage the archive of all clinical study documents (electronic and/or paper).

* Verify that study execution aligns with approved protocols.

* Identify, document, and report protocol deviations or non-compliance.

* Collaborate with clinical research teams to support audit readiness.

* Assist in preparing audit reports and follow-up action items as needed.

* Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials auditing or clinical research monitoring.

Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and Egyptian regulatory requirements.

Experience in managing trial master files or equivalent archiving systems.

* Familiarity with statistical methods used in clinical research.

* High attention to detail

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

— Responsibilities

– On-going contribution to the development and implementation of infection control polices

– Initiates precautions and isolation measures for transmissible diseases and isolation discontinue

– Active participantion in IPC audit and early detection of any clusters or outbreaks

– Well orientation of monitoring tools related to infection control and infectious diseases

–Requirements

– BSc in science or Nursing or pharmacy or medicine

– 1 – 3 years of experience at Hospitals is must

– Experience in accreditations is a must

– IPC certificate is a must
