Location: Nasr City & Outdoor Activities

Responsibilities:
-Follow up production plans, apply stock control over starting materials and finished products while adhering to quality standards.
-Coordinate with manufacturing sites regarding production plans and send plans on a monthly basis or as needed.
-Check inventory levels for starting materials and packing materials before and after production.
-Follow up on processing instructions during product manufacturing from R&D.
-Report any deviations during work to the production supervisor and manager.
-Implement corrective/preventive actions for deviations.
-Enter required data and reconcile in the ERP system (task manager and SC system).
-Prepare for new launches, pilot production batches, and validation batches.

#Requirements:
-Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences or Bachelor of Science.
-1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector(4-6 years for Senior Specialist).
-Knowledge of cGMP, basics of solids, and semi-solids manufacturing.

• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring SLA adherence

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of purchasing specialists to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.

-Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

-Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging: Manage the purchasing of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time to support production needs.
