Responsibilities:
•Dispenses medications to patients in the hospital, ensuring that the medications are properly labeled and packaged.
•Monitors patients to ensure that they are responding appropriately to their medications and that there are no adverse reactions or interactions.
• Manages drug therapy for patients, making adjustments to medication regimens as necessary.
•Educates patients about their medications, including how to take them, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
•Maintains accurate records of medication orders, dispensing, and patient monitoring.
•The pharmacist collaborates with other healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy.
2. Proven experience in hospital or healthcare field.
3. Knowledge of hospital process.
4. Strong communication skills.
