Production Engineer At Breadfast Egypt

Job Description

Manage workshop operations, which include organizing, setting up, and optimizing Breadfast production.
Monitor the day-to-day operations (RMs – PKs – FG) in addition to supervising the technical staff
Optimize Breadfast production lines efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
Ensure that all Breadfast products specifications and customer requirements adhered to Breadfast quality standards
Develop and introduce new methods and ways to enhance the production lines productivity
Make sure Breadfast production is cost-effective and feasible for the organization
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory of tools, machinery, supplies, parts, and related equipment
Set the training requirements and monitor their effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Professional &Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as production management, engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
Proficiency in technical areas such as manufacturing processes, production planning and control, quality control methods, and lean manufacturing principles is crucial for a production
Personal Competencies:

Excellent command of written and spoken English
High attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
