Production Manager At Coca-Cola Bottling Egypt
Location: Amreya Plant
Job Purpose:
Manage the Production department through working with other functions across the plant. Responsible for all production hall activates. Lead the safety culture, Syrup & Water Treatment within production hall. Implement all quality standards & regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
Production Plan Implantation
Develop annual budgets (including CAPEX, OPEX, and Headcount) for the plant’s production hall through coordination with the plant manager and various departments inside the plant.
Define the objectives of the production plan to be translated to production goals aiming at reaching the maximum capacity and utilization of production lines.
Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw & pack materials and the quantities required for production in day-to-day operations.
Responsible for achieving the production plan in a timely manner and in accordance with the required quality standards including the quality management system and food safety system and the agreed specifications while following health and safety instructions.
Monitor and reviews the progress of targets achievement in terms of production KPIs ( Plan Adherence , OEE , Production Waste ,EUR and WUR )
Achieve ultimate continuous improvement goals, allocated to the production process through the improvement projects, in coordination with continuous improvement department.
Ensure that the updated know how is implemented for each SKU.
Responsible for materials yield required as per standard BOM also has an input to manage and control water and electricity consumption
Quality & Maintenance Plan Control
Implement, review and comply to Quality, Safety & Health, Food Safety and Environment Management System, in production areas.
Coordinate with the planning and maintenance departments to manage maintenance plan.
People Management
Facilitate work environment to ensure employees engagement.
Responsible for scheduling and managing manpower in production lines.
Work closely with the HR department on developing a training plan for employees according to the needs of each function.
Responsible to present periodic updates on performance and improvement plans on KPI’s to the leadership team.

GMP Score – Good Manufacturing Practice
EUR – Energy Usage Ratio
WUR – Water Usage Ratio
P2P (Compliance to weekly production plan)
Material Yield
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related equivalent to industry
Min 6 to 10 Years of experience in a similar position in Food sector
