Production Section Head At Liptis Pharmaceuticals

Liptis Pharmaceuticals in Egypt is pleased to announce that there is a position opening for a “Production Section Head”. We are looking for qualified and highly motivated professionals to apply to our state-of-the-art manufacturing complex which meets and exceeds all international standards.

– JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure production area is safe for work, productive, and has required inventory
• Promote a safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices at all time
• Monitor and recommend improvements in the processes to increase the efficiency of the Processing/Packaging Department
• Coordinate with Quality and Warehouse Departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both Manufacturing and Packaging departments and ensure continuous improvement
• Continuous coordination with the Production Manager
• Evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and improve the quality of all processes
• Provide necessary training and counseling to employees as per requirement
• Establish and maintain high-performance standards characterized by integrity
• Maintain production machines and equipment
• Ensure equipment and work floor are clean, safe and well-maintenance
• Monitor and control processes using visual observation, process data, and online testing
• Identify and debug problems in processes, products, and equipment and work for solutions
• Resolve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete situation variables where limited standardization exists
• Perform tasks assigned to operations
• Support field personnel in production data management
• Lead and direct the operators to ensure production integrity
• Support data management and technical evaluation efforts of the team
• Recommend new approaches to streamline the team’s data management
• Supervise strict implementation of cGMP regulations and SOPs in all aspects of production processes
• Ensure the avoidance of errors, mix-ups, and the contamination or cross-contamination during processes

– QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• 6-8 Years of Experience (Processing/Packaging of Solid Dosage Form)
• Excellent Command of the English Language (written and spoken)
• PC User Skills
• Office User Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
