Designation: Production Supervisor – El Sadat City
Dept/Division: Supply Chain – Operations

Qualification & Experience
• +3 Years’ experience in manufacturing environment, Preferably FMCG sector
•Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy / Chemistry.
• Preferably a resident of 6 of October or Sadat City.
• Very good command of English language.
•Figures Orientation & Analytical Skills.
•Preferably if aware of operations requirements such as TPM, GMPS, 5s and safety procedures
• Conduct other duties within the scope of this job description as required

Key Deliverables of the Role
• Responsible for safe, productive functioning of Filling
• Maintain Man machine relationships
• Improves process efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
•Follow health and safety standards and implement good housekeeping inside the hall
• Monitoring & assessing hazardous & risk situations.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
• Maintain production & online data records
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Develop and implement changes in operational workflow as needed to improve and accelerate the flow of product
through the production hall
•Supervising and motivating a team of workers
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any NC relating to product, process & system
• “Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production,
• quality control, maintenance, to detect production problems.”
• Responsible for Manpower allocation, daily line production
•Responsible for recording Online production on a daily basis
