VITABIOTICS – Egypt for pharmaceutical industries is looking to hire the following position:

“Production Section Head (OSD)”

Job description:

– plan, organize and monitor the production plan for Oral Solid Dosage, and allocate the Solid section staff accordingly, to ensure the proper implementation of the production process in a timely manner, under GMP and as per the written SOPs.

– Lead OSD staff to ensure that all production processes are carried out carefully and accurately, and in compliance with GMP & safety requirements and company policies and procedures.

– that all premises and equipment are working in a good condition with no defects and are compliance with GMP before starting with the production process and report any deviation to the production manager and the concerning parties.

– Responsible for increasing overall equipment effectiveness in OSD with a daily detailed report to be prepared and submitted to the production manager compiles overviews for all activities in the OSD including and not limited to, machine errors, machine productivity report, OEE, personal or process deviation, etc. …

– Conduct / supervise process validation and calibration of production equipment / machines used in OSD.

job requirement:

– BSC degree in Pharmacy.

– 8 to 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working condition:

– Location; Borg Al-Arab
