Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting
Quality of work impacts relations with venders
Intermediate English
· 0-2 years in the field of purchasing

· Good knowledge of Oracle system
Knowledge of supply chain management
Knowledge of the basics of purchasing management

Responsibility:
Carries responsibility for contacting suppliers to proceed with orders
Supervises the WH to make sure stores have enough stock to meet customer demand
Receives the GR (Goods Received) report from the Warehouse, which states the shipment’s condition and determines whether to contact the supplier (if shipment’s condition is CIF) or the insurance company (in case of damage) to maintain the quality of products received
· Provides the Finance department with the shipment checklist, which contains all the information regarding the shipment (the PO number, condition, sea or air, cost of shipment, insurance and freight) to accomplish purchasing and organization mission to reach related results as needed
