Title: QA Compliance and Validation Specialist

Calling all quality-driven Engineers!
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional “QA Compliance and Validation Specialist” to join our dynamic team.
As a QA Compliance and Validation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that our products meet industry regulations and exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties

. Revision of Change Control Requests
. Follow up investigations for deviations related to quality and food safety for taking the proper actions
. Update HACCP plans for all products
. Ensure compliance to NFSA regulations
. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 22000:2018 management systems
. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
. Ensure filling & packaging materials meet defined quality standards prior the filling and packaging process.
. Review the compliance of the batch records for the filling & packaging completeness, Conformity of in-process control results with specification and reporting of unusual incidents.
. Create, revise and send monthly reports such as (rework, machine cleaning, etc.)
. Assisting in the investigation for deviations.
. Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.

Job Requirements

· BSc. of Agriculture / Science.
· 2 – 3 years of experience in Compliance & Validation.
· Previous experience in Food industry.
· Good English Language.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Detail-oriented.
